Terms and Conditions of Exhibition:
Club 249 presents a professional show that focuses on products, services and events appropriate to consumers in a family environment. Club 249 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company, product or service, and the right to prohibit any exhibition or product which, in the opinion of Club 249, detracts from the character of the event or any violation of the terms and conditions of exhibition. All materials distributed must be done so from within your assigned booth space.
Payment MUST accompany all reservations for exhibit space. All payments must be made in advance (without exception) with this signed agreement. Personal and/or business checks will not be accepted.
Payments should be made to Club 249 via the link provided on the Vendor Confirmation page (the page after the reservation was made).
All space assignments will be made solely by Club 249. All exhibitor space must be maintained within the allotted exhibitor space. No exhibitor may distribute materials or solicit business from an area other than their designated booth space. You will be notified by mail with a vendor confirmation letter of your space assignment, set-up time, and other stipulations. Exhibitors will be assigned booth space on first-come, first-serve basis as received by Club 249.
Club 249 reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to make adjustments to the placement of exhibitor spaces.
Exhibitor agrees that there will not be any changes in product/service as described in the application without written permission from Club 249.
Exhibitors are NOT permitted to sell ANY food or drinks.
Exhibitors are not permitted to display illicit merchandise, including sexually or drug related or profane materials, as determined by Club 249.
No exhibit may interfere with other exhibits by way of objectionable sounds, noise, odor or obstructive activities.
Exhibitors are not permitted to sell any unlicensed materials. The sales of audiotapes, video tapes, compact discs, etc. are prohibited.
Exhibitors are expected to keep their exhibit space clean and attractive at all times to present no unsightliness.
Exhibitor will provide their own trash receptacles and are responsible for their own trash.
All exhibits must be assembled and ready for display by time specified 30 minutes prior to the doors opening, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Failure to open and operate your exhibit at the hours scheduled will forfeit your right to your booth space.
No Refunds will be given.
Check in and move in is scheduled for 45 minutes prior to event beginning. Please be prompt.
In order to provide a safe environment for the attendees of the Club 249 event, we require that all exhibitors wait until the end of the event to break down exhibits or move merchandise out of the venue.
Limitation of Liability: Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Club 249 and the venue/facility from all liability that might follow from any cause including accident or injury to invitees, guests, exhibitors, their agents or employees, including loss or damage to personal property.
No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails to occupy its assigned booth space by the time and date of the show opening. Further, Club 249 reserves the right to utilize such unoccupied space in any matter it deems appropriate.
All payments and agreements must be received by 3 days prior to event.
All agreements and payments are firm and non-refundable.
The full fee must accompany this application to be accepted.

By submitting my payment, I request exhibitor/booth space and agree to abide by the contract and established rules and regulations that are part of this contract outlined by Club 249.
Due to the difficulty in forecasting consumer buying habits, Club 249 assumes no responsibility
Exhibitor agrees that there will not be any changes in product/service as described in the application without written consent from Club 249.
You will receive 2 exhibitor badges. One is for you and another for one of your guest. Each additional badge can be purchased in advance for $5.00 each.
Parking cost will be $5.00 per car. You must go into the lobby of the hotel and tell them you are with Club 249 to pay for parking.
You will be responsible for exhibitor insurance.
Exhibits must be manned at all times. Consumers are on the floor until the last minute of the event and expect exhibitors to be at their booths.
Aisles and walkways must not be obstructed at any time.
Demonstration areas must be organized within the exhibitor's space so as to not interfere with any aisle traffic. Those who interfere with the normal flow of walking traffic will be forced to cease the demonstration. If it occurs again, management will have the exhibitor removed from the premises and exhibitor will forfeit all money.
Exhibitors must police their own booths to be sure the noise level from their areas is kept to a minimum and does not interfere with others. Management reserves the right to determine at what point the sound constitutes interference with others and must be discontinued.
When decorating or erecting your booth:
No holes may be drilled, cored or punched into any part
of the property.
No painting of signs, displays or other objects is
permitted in the building.
No adhesive-backed (stick-on) decals or similar items
may be distributed or use on the property.
No sample food and/or beverage products may be
distributed by exhibitor, sponsor, organization and/or their exhibitors.
No balloons are permitted in the building.
No platforms are to be erected.
Parking on the loading docks or inside of the building (except for loading or unloading) is prohibited; violator's vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
The use of any open flame is prohibited.
The use of any flammable liquids or gases is prohibited.
There will be no electricity provided unless approved in writing, by management.
The storage of packing materials and surplus literature must be confined to areas away from the exhibitor booth.
You are required to make sure you and your guests know the proper evacuation procedures and exits in case of fire, panic and other emergency in order to effectively and orderly evacuate the premises.
Club 249 events are all "NO SMOKING" events. Smoking inside of the building is prohibited.
Do not leave valuable at any time. Curvy Nation, LLC, Club 249, Holiday Inn Select or any of their affiliates cannot be responsible for loss of merchandise or personal items before, during or after the show.
During the exit after the event, you are to have one of your employees remain with your exhibit until all products have been repacked.
